Yesterday, we were deeply honored to be recognized by the Mayor, the Lancaster City Alliance, Discover Lancaster, and the Downtown Investment District as we celebrated Sprout’s 10-year milestone.

It was a bittersweet moment, but we were grateful to be surrounded by so many inspiring entrepreneurs who help make our community special.

We miss seeing you all, but this isn’t goodbye, you can still find us six days a week at our original location, Rice & Noodles serving up your favorites.

We have felt an overwhelming amount of L♥️VE this week, and it has meant more to us than words can truly express.
Our hearts are so full of gratitude, of memories, and of each and every one of you who has walked through our doors over the past 10 years.
It’s hard to put into words what this place, this community, has meant to us.
So many meals shared, conversations had, friendships formed.

We will carry all of it with us.

This week marks 🔟 incredible years of Sprout Vietnamese Eatery 🎉, and it’s a bittersweet one for us. As we celebrate our anniversary, we also share that our FINAL DAY at this location will be April 25, 2026.

To better serve our community and streamline operations, we are consolidating our team at our main location, Rice & Noodles.

While it’s hard to say goodbye to the Sprout storefront, we’re excited to bring everyone together under one roof and continue delivering the quality and service you’ve come to expect.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day 🌸

Our mom paved the way for us to become fearless leaders in our business. Running a restaurant is not for the faint of heart…it takes resilience, long hours, tough decisions, and a whole lot of passion.

Because of her strength and guidance, we’ve learned how to lead, adapt, and keep pushing forward even on the hardest days. With the tools, lessons, and values she gave us, our restaurants continue to run, grow, and thrive.
