Virtue Coffee Roasters is a small-batch, craft coffee roaster in Lancaster, CA. We are primarily a roaster selling fresh roasted coffee.

We roast on a zero-emissions Bellwether roaster and give 100% of our profits to help the homeless in the Antelope Valley. We only open our espresso bar for drinks on Sundays.

We proudly participate in ’s Tip the Farmer™ program with every bag of coffee we sell. With the support of Tip the Farmer, the Bunum Wo Estate (which produces our Papua New Guinea beans) was able to build a roof for the local Deeper Roots Early Childhood Elementary School in the Pima region of Papua New Guinea. The school construction is in its final stage and will be opening in the coming months for students ages 3-6 years old.

We’re proud to participate in the Tip the Farmer™ program from our partner Bellwether Coffee, which helps coffee farmers invest in their futures by empowering coffee drinkers to tip the producers behind each cup of coffee. For every pound of coffee we sell, we add a $0.20 tip that supports these farmers directly and is given in addition to the fair prices we pay farmers for the coffee.
