Friday and Saturday dinner could look a lot like this. 🍝✨ Our Spicy Sausage Diavolo brings the heat with rigatoni, spicy hot sausage, tender zucchini and squash from Schultz Valley Farms , all tossed in a rich fire roasted tomato sauce with ricotta. Finished with parmesan, micro greens, and served with garlic bread.

Looking for something a little lighter? We’re also featuring Lemon Dill Salmon with a bright, creamy lemon dill sauce, risotto, asparagus, and micro greens.

One more dinner before the holiday. Let’s make it a good one! 🥩 Tonight’s feature is our Chimichurri Flank Steak: marinated flank steak served over roasted red potatoes, topped with house-made red chimichurri, and paired with sautéed asparagus plus fresh Schultz Farm zucchini & squash.
