As we celebrate the 175th anniversary of the Fairfield County Fair, we are truly honored that three local businesses chose to pay tribute to Schorr Family Concessions—a beloved Lancaster tradition for the past 30 years.

We’re proud to be a family-owned business, founded in 1995 by our father, Mike Schorr. What started with a cherished family recipe quickly became a community favorite. If you’ve ever stood in our line at the Fairfield County Fair or the Lancaster Festival, you’ve experienced the legacy Dad built—one shake-up at a time.

Though Mike has officially retired, his passion lives on through the next generation. Today, his son and daughter-in-law, Austin and Jennifer Schorr, continue to serve the same delicious shake-ups with the same recipe, the same care, and the same commitment to quality. You may even catch a glimpse of the next generation—our boys—helping out in the booth, learning the ropes, and maybe dreaming of the day they’ll carry on their “Pa’s” legacy.

Thank you, Dad, for creating something so special—something that brings joy to our family and our entire community. Here’s to 30 years of memories... and to many more to come. 🍋

Thank YOU Fairfield County for showing up for The Chase Haley Project yesterday! We raised $101.75 in tips on Chase L;fe Friday at the Fairfield County Fair, Lancaster, Ohio.
Schorr Family Concessions matched that amount, and made a donation of $203.50.

“The Chase Haley Project is dedicated to su***de prevention, mental health awareness, and providing resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness. Our mission is to foster hope, reduce stigma, and offer essential support to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Through advocacy, education, and community outreach, we strive to create a world where no one faces their mental health challenges alone.”
