Tom was our beloved police chief, part of our GC family, and a phenomenal person along with his wife, Stephanie. He will be greatly missed as much as we loved serving his favorite won ton soup and sweet and sour chicken. Rest in peace, Tom. 🙏❤🙏

Thomas E. Rudzinski, 58, of Manheim Township, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 after battling cancer. He was born in Porchester, NY and is the son of Edward & Palma (Bendino) Rudzinski of Lancaster.

David Hampton planted douglas fir and larch trees in a forest in Oregon to resemble a face. Every autumn the larch pines turn orange and the smiley face stands out.
The face is about 300 feet in diameter

As many of you know, last night was supposed to be our last night. We were so busy, we had to turn many people away and we are very sorry for that. In light of that, we've decided to extend one more day. We will be open today, with a somewhat limited menu (we are out of some things). Please stop by and say goodbye and get your final Grand China favorite. Thank you so much for supporting us all this years. God bless you all!🙏❤️

It is with great pleasure and bittersweet sadness, we announce our retirement after serving Lancaster for 49 years. We have made incredible friends we call our family and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people and sharing part of our culture and tradition. Our last day tentatively is next Thursday September 21st and we may be partially open for takeout Friday. We hope you remain in contact with us! Please feel free to leave a message or post anytime.
