AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM SA LA THAI LANCSTER PA

Dear Valued Customers & Friends,

We are writing to formally share an important update regarding our services. Effective immediately, Sa La Thai Restaurant has decided to fully cancel and discontinue our use of third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub).

Due to rising food costs and high commission fees, our restaurant can no longer financially sustain these third-party delivery services. Rather than increasing our menu prices to cover these costs, we have made the strategic decision to shift our focus exclusively to what matters most: serving our community directly.

WE ARE STILL FULLY OPEN & READY TO SERVE YOU!

We warmly invite you to continue enjoying authentic Thai cuisine with us through our direct options:

* 🍽️ Dine-In: Experience great food and atmosphere directly at our restaurant (BYOB!)

* 🛍️ Direct Takeout: Place your order directly with us for quick pickup

* 🎉 Catering & Private Parties: Available upon request!

We deeply appreciate your understanding and ongoing support during this transition. Ordering directly from us helps keep our family business thriving!

08/08/2026

This cancellation is effective immediately. Due to rising food costs and high commission fees, the restaurant can no longer financially sustain these services. We have made the decision to shift our focus exclusively to dine-in customers and direct take-out orders.

We appreciate our partnership thus far and hope for your understanding regarding this transition.

Sincerely,
