Yesterday, I had the chance to watch the film “Tony,” which chronicles Anthony Bourdain’s journey to stardom. The movie captured the essence of Bourdain’s life beautifully, reminiscent of what I gathered from reading “Kitchen Confidential.” I found it to be a deeply impactful experience, with several moments that brought tears to my eyes while I sat in the theater. I strongly recommend checking out this film to gain insight into the true experience of working in a restaurant kitchen.
