I got a day off work due to rainy weather, so bread got dropped off early this week! now has Rustic Blonde Sourdough with local red fife wheat and spelt flours from and Rye Sourdough with 20% local rye flour from Stutzman Farms.

New Product Alert! 🚨 Croissants will be hitting the shelves today after 4pm. They are made with my sourdough starter along with local milk and butter. I also have loaves of Challah and Rustic Blonde Sourdough for sale this week. See you soon.

Three different loaves coming in fresh from the oven this morning! Rustic Blonde Sourdough, Black Walnut Sourdough, and Rustic Brown Sourdough. With the spelt and whole wheat flour coming from and the black walnuts from , make sure to get to this afternoon to pick some up! I should have them there a little after one. @ Keller Market House

is back today by 5pm! I’ll be dropping off fresh loaves of Rustic Blonde Sourdough and Harvest Sourdough. The break has allowed me more time to put into research and test out new methods, and I really think the quality of these loaves speak for all the improvements I’ve learned.
