A beautiful fall wedding at The Stone Mill 1792 , with a menu made for the season. 🤍

Cocktail hour started with:
🧀Baked Brie & Blackberry Phyllo Bites
🍄‍🟫 Parmesan Truffle Tater Tot Cups
🌶️ Sweet & Spicy BBQ Meatballs

Cocktail hour was followed by a hearty dinner buffet featuring:
🍋 Lemon Pepper Chicken
🥩 Braised Short Rib
🥔 Mashed Potatoes
🌾 Wild Rice Pilaf
🥕 Seasonal vegetables.

And because the celebration doesn’t have to end with dinner, we sent guests home with a late-night Pierogi Bar. 🥟

For this beautiful celebration at Mount Hope Winery, we created a menu filled with seasonal flavors, elevated favorites, and fun touches for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

A few highlights? Parmesan Truffle Tater Tot Cups, Pork Belly Bites with Pickled Salmon, Grilled Flank Steak with vibrant chimichurri, and an attended ice cream sundae bar to end the night. 🍦

Over the past few months, our team had the pleasure of visiting some of the area’s premier wedding and event venues to share a taste of what TFB Catering has to offer—from current favorites to new menu items coming soon.

A big thank you to Historic King Mansion, Ironspire Complex, The Barn at Paradise Station, The Booking House, and Conestoga House & Gardens for welcoming us in and giving us the opportunity to connect with your teams and share our food.

There is something about fall that makes us want to gather - to watch a game, around a table, or for a special event. Maybe it’s the first chilly morning after yet another summer of breaking heat records, or the return of dishes that arrive caramelized, braised, and comforting.

Rain or shine, we’re ready to serve. ☔️✨

This beautiful bridal shower didn’t go quite according to plan when the rain pushed the start time back an hour—but our team made sure the food was still hot, fresh, and ready to go when the celebration began.

From hot honey watermelon feta bites and peach & prosciutto flatbreads to grilled Atlantic salmon, wild mushroom & ricotta ravioli, and a beautiful dessert spread, every detail was worth the wait.

We’re especially grateful for clients who notice the work that happens behind the scenes. When plans change, our job is to adapt and make sure your experience never misses a beat.

Last Sunday, TFB Hospitality hosted its first-ever company picnic! 🕺

Team members from each unit of our hospitality group came to mingle, enjoy good food, and compete in our first corn hole tournament! 🌽 Our winning team was Executive Chef Wilson from The Conway Room and Senior Purchasing Manager, Jake Funk. Congratulations to both of you!! 🎊

We’re so grateful we get to spend little moments like this together as a team. 🤍 Thank you to everyone involved, who helped make this day so special!
