Rosina and Lucas wanted their wedding menu to feel relaxed, generous, and completely their own.

At Grand River Hall, their celebration began with fresh salsas, taco dip, and assorted dippers for cocktail hour. Guests then gathered around a taco bar with all the fixings before finishing the evening with cookies, brownies, and colorful dessert shooters.

Every part of the menu gave guests something to discover—and gave the couple a celebration that felt personal from the first bite through dessert.

Happy Friday, friends! ✨

With so many local fairs and festivities happening this week, the Hilldale team is taking a little step back to catch our breath, recharge, and prepare for everything ahead. Hilldale will be closed today through next Thursday.

Still need plans for Saturday? Head out to Rock City Tap for the annual DAV Ride! 🇺🇸🏍️ We’ll be there supporting our local disabled veterans—and we would love to see you there for an incredible cause.

🚩 Public Service Announcement: If you’ve noticed we’re missing our “OPEN” flag… it’s because last week I attempted to channel my inner Mary Poppins while taking it down. Let’s just say the wind won, the flag didn’t survive, and apparently I am not, in fact, practically perfect in every way. 😂☂️ A replacement is on the way and should be here next week!
