Perfect to have on hand for the long weekend — pile it on sandwiches, load up baked potatoes, or my personal favorite… nachos 🤤
It also freezes great, so you can save some for later!

Brynnley had an incredible day, earning 1st place for her brisket, 2nd place in appetizers, and 6th place in candies! We are so proud of her hard work and dedication.

She’s been working hard all year alongside her dad and the rest of the team, and today she’s proudly turning in:

🥓 Tributary Whitewings — Appetizer category
🍬 Best-Ever Nut Brittle — Candies category

Back in October, they served up BBQ pulled pork sandwiches for the staff at Lampasas Middle School, and the feedback was 👌🙌

The menu featured jalapeño poppers, garden salad, wagyu sliced brisket, pineapple teriyaki sausage links, turkey breast, ranch potatoes, street corn, green beans, and peach cobbler.

LAMPASAS, TEXAS! We are headed back for the 2nd Annual Burleson 1856 BBQ Cook-Off! This is where the Regulators BBQ Cook-Off Team first mounted up and started on our trail! Hope to see y'all out there this weekend, be sure to stop by and say hi! Don't forget about our signature Bloody Mary's on Saturday morning, compliments of Regulators BBQ!
