Dear customers of Aztlan Mexican Grill, we hereby inform you that starting in June 2024 we will close the restaurant permanently, on the exact day TBD, the factors behind such a decision are many but some of these, to mention a few, are: the high increase in inputs, many restaurants in the Lambertville area, shortage of workers, increase in electricity, gas, insurance, gasoline, etc., etc., we will continue to offer you quality food made with fresh and best quality ingredients, today more that we will never maintain our greatest effort to provide you with the best quality Mexican and Texmex food until the last day that we are open, thanks to all the Aztlan customers who have made it possible for the restaurant to remain afloat all this time, I have learned a lot from being in front of a business and today I know that it is not easy if you do not have sufficient resources, COVID, changed the game in the restaurant industry, at least for me, this coming May 5th will be different, since as you Please comment, we do not have enough staff and we will give priority to all our customers who have a prior reservation. Anyway, there are many things I would like to say but I cannot say enough words.
