Wanted to give a shoutout to a new Food Truck friend of mine! This is Abbiocco Food Truck LLC. and this amazing sandwich the Panino Italiano. Had to steal a pic from him to make this post because as soon as I took a bite of this huge sandwich I couldn’t put it down. Loaded with Italian meats, some gooey melted mozzarella, with fresh lettuce and tomato and crisp giardiniera to give it some crunch and tang. Wow. Gotta check out this new Foodtruck when you get a chance!
