Our focus is on healthy, new American cuisine – a celebration of all our backgrounds and roots. Lighter dishes with natural reductions, a lot of vinaigrettes, less cream, less butter — but unbelievable flavors. This is what you can expect if you choose to dine with us. And we hope you will. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, T
