The Casa Mia story began with the first Italian communities in America where immigrants used locally available ingredients to re-create the traditional dishes of their homeland. We still use a lot of traditional recipes and techniques: our pizza is hand tossed with fresh dough made daily, then baked on a brick hearth. Our tomato sauce is also made daily and simmered for six hours to develop its r
