Marc, Sara & Mikaela clearly had other plans behind the bar on Saturday — and honestly, I think they nailed it.

Because the best team photos aren’t always the ones where everyone is looking at the camera. Sometimes they’re the ones where everyone is laughing, messing around, and genuinely enjoying being around each other.

You can feel it in the air. 🍂

The evenings are getting a little cooler. The leaves are just beginning to turn. The flowers that filled the summer are starting to fade.

Fall is making its way back to Colorado — and it’s arriving at Nicolo’s, too. ❤️

A few tastes of the season have officially joined us:

🍰 Pumpkin Cheesecake — rich, creamy and everything you want when the first hint of fall hits.

🍎 Harvest Moon — Leopold Bros. Apple Wh***ey, our house-made Cinnamon Ginger Cello and Stem Apple Pear C***r. Crisp apple, warm spice and just enough sweetness — like that first cool evening after a long summer.

🥃 Fireside Sour — Fireside Bourbon shaken into a bright, balanced wh***ey sour. Warm, smooth and made for the nights when you start thinking about sweaters and fireplaces again.

Our sweet & sour doesn’t come from a bottle or a mix.

We squeeze fresh lemons, limes and oranges by hand, right here at Nicolo’s.

Is it easier? Nope. 😂
Is it faster? Definitely not.

But it makes a better drink—and we believe if something is worth serving, it’s worth doing right.
