Since scaling back to one public event a month, excitement rises and anticipation builds for 8 hours of non-stop pizza creation but even more than that - it builds for the warm hellos and quick catchups with some of our favorite faces. Cheers to the weekend, it’s here! That means we will be hydrating and heading out to serve pizza for not one, but TWO awesome weddings this weekend!

We love it when wedding season kicks off, because it’s when we really get to show what we can do. A well-orchestrated event is a thing of beauty, where everybody gets hot food, nobody waits in line, and the guests enjoy the dinner hour just as much as the rest of the event.

Special effects? We got em! We make them at every event! Like when the host comes by and tells us how much good feedback they are getting from their guests. Or when the wedding planner says that she’s never seen a food truck serve a group so efficiently. Or when the 4-year-olds at the party all get excited about us tossing pizzas in the air.

Not saying all your amazing comments about our pizzas this week are going to our heads, but… wait whoa!…what happened to Christen’s head!?

We will be tossing out one more amazing weekend of grad parties this week and then will really be kicking off the June wedding season next week. Wait for it… but don’t wait too long for food at your event! We are the easily one of the fastest food trucks out there and our goal when we come to your event is to feed a line of hungry people with ease.

While we’ve got some serious love for all the other food trucks out there, it is quite normal for us to serve at events where we are handing out hot pizza while other trucks are just starting to take your order and stack up a line of tickets. Our service style has been carefully honed over the years with a focus on quality and efficiency, and the dividends pay off when we see clients and guests like this truly enjoying our service.

Denver! How awesome are these perfect spring weekends?!

We had a great time serving up pizzas for our friends in Wash Park yesterday, and I bet we will have a great time serving our friends in Wash Park today! (Two different private parties, same awesome neighborhood.)
