Dear Make It Vegan family,
It is with heavy hearts that we share some hard news with you today. After three incredible years, we have made the difficult decision to close Make It Vegan permanently.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported us on this journey.
The support, love, and enthusiasm from our community have been the driving force behind Make It Vegan, and we are endlessly thankful for it.
Running a restaurant, especially one with a mission as close to our hearts, has been a rollercoaster of emotions and extreme challenges. We've experienced many highs and lows, and your unwavering support has been our guiding light throughout it all. It has been an true honor to serve you, and we cherish the relationships we've built with our regular customers who have become family to us.
While we may be closing our doors, we want to remind you that there are still so many amazing vegan restaurants in Lakewood and the Denver area that deserve your support( Wellness Sushi Mora Pizza Denver Meta Burger and more) Each of them brings a unique and delicious vegan experience to the table, and we encourage you to explore them and other local businesses.
To our staff, past and present, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your dedication and hard work have been the backbone of Make It Vegan, and we are proud to have had the privilege of working with such a talented and passionate team. A shout out to Alex, Grey, and Ivy for all your hard work and support through some of the hardest things we’ve ever faced. Y’all made it possible to make it this far and we are eternally grateful to you. And to Tyle The GREEN age for filling our lives with gorgeous plants and cheering us on every day. You saw all the struggles we faced and just kept bringing us that positivity and love. Thank you🙏
As we say goodbye, please know that this decision has not been made lightly. We will miss you all dearly, and we will carry the memories and friendships we've made at Make It Vegan with us forever.
Our final day of operation will be Sunday, October 1st. This weekend, we invite you to visit us one last time, reminisce, and savor the flavors that have made Make It Vegan a special place in our hearts.
