JOIN US TOMORROW Angel City Market, Inc.™️ in Lakewood, 5-9pm!!

This will be our last market event until September 25, so if you’ve been craving our food but haven’t had a chance to get out to the market, tomorrow is your chance!

Mambo anyone? We’re continuing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month at the market with our special brand of SoCal Mex BBQ faves! Come for the food and enjoy the sounds of the live mambo band!!

Due to popular demand, this week we’ll be rolling out our chili verde pork belly burnt ends, which we featured last week at the Smoke & Oak Long Beach event! We’re also running back the EL JEFE brisket torta!! Come and get it while it’s hot!!!

🔥MENU DROP TUESDAY!!🔥

TOMORROW!!! We’re kicking off our September with a special humpday popup where it all started for us syncopated brewing company, 5-8pm!!!!

Super excited to be cooking it up for the Downtown Runners LB run club as well as all the regulars at synco!!! Come on down, grab a cold one and grab some of our award winning cuisine to enjoy at the taproom or take home for dinner!!

We’re rolling a BBQ sandwich heavy menu, including some BRAND NEW sandos that were dropping for the first time ever!!!

We will have:

🔥Chopped Brisket sandwich
🔥The “Mc-B” sparerib sandwich (NEW!)
🔥The “Squatch” grilled bratwurst sandwich (NEW!)

What an absolutely perfect day participating in the first annual Cassidy's Corner Cafe charity golf tournament last Friday!!! we were absolutely thrilled to be a hole sponsor and contribute to raising money to purchase school supplies for local youth in need.

Whenever I get an opportunity to use my business and platform to help others in the community, it’s an extra motivation to keep grinding day after day to build on what we’ve started!!

Hats off to Joe Ung and his squad for organizing and operating this event, it truly was a class experience and can’t wait to run it back next year 💪🏽

Finally, HUGE shoutout to the BBM golf team - Josh Jacobs Mustafa Sarwari Joe Van Vleet - thank you fellas for rolling out in near 100 degree weather for a full 18!!!! 🥵🥵🥵 We left some strokes out there, but I’ll take the even par finish for the day!
(Oh yeah, the Happy Gilmore tee shot was fun too 😅)

Hope everyone stays hydrated and cool this week, It’s gonna be a scorcher!! Come on out next weekend August 29 and 30th to Pt. Fermin Park in San Pedro, we will be back at it at the Pointe Break music festival rollin smoke & our award-winning ‘Q 🔥🔥🔥!!

A day late with this post, but I want you all to join me in wishing Mary Rodriguez a very very Happy Birthday!!! Not only is she the Matriarch, Nana to the kids, a loving Wife to my Dad and amazing Mom to my brother and I, but she has also been right by my side in the kitchen of Big Brian’s Meats, LLC 🇺🇸🇲🇽 since we launched 4 years ago!

She continues to be a central part of our operations and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down…. It’s true they don’t make them like they used to!!

HBD MOM!!! We love you!!!!

SUNDAY MORNING SHOUTOUT!!!!

Wanted to take a moment to throw some love and recognition to a couple of quality folks who really are the backbone of Big Brian’s Meats, LLC 🇺🇸🇲🇽 👊🏽👊🏽

Abraham Radisic and Eddie have been runnin’ with us for the last couple years (can’t believe how time has flown!!) and they truly have stepped up their game in that time. We are so very fortunate to have these hard working young men with us and they have come such a long way in the last couple of years!! These guys have become part of our family, in fact I refer to them as my nephews these days 😂😂

Also want to shoutout Abe for taking the leap and launching Radz Wingz, his wings might quite possibly be THE best chicken wing you’ve ever tasted 🔥🔥🔥Proud of you dude and we’re here to help grow your biz!!

Finally, want to thank Pam Costa for introducing us to Abe and Cassidy's Corner Cafe of Long Beach for connecting us with Eddie, we are very grateful for the connection and just know they are in good hands ☺️👊🏽

Thank you ALL for showing up and showing out for Dodger Night!!! Y’all had our squad hustling all night in the warm weather, but we’d have it no other way!!
