If you’re craving mouthwatering barbecue, we’ve got you covered. Welcome to Baldy’s BBQ where our brisket and wings are smoked with care every day for every order. If you’re feeling adventurous, we’re also serving up delicious cheese curds, juicy burgers, and savory tacos available for dine-in, carry-out, and delivery. For corporate events and large get-togethers, our catering team can deliver and serve your food so the only thing you’ll have to worry about is whether you want a second helping -- we wouldn’t blame you if you did. We could tell you that our barbecue is some of the best in the Twin Cities area, but come see for yourself.
