Starting to cook again....chili cook-off at Thornhill Winery tomorrow, Sunday, January 29th from 3pm to 5pm. Come by and say hi and try some smoked TRI tip chili and/or vegetarian chili.

We will be in Austin Park in Clearlake for the 6pm concert. It is a ZZ Top cover band ... Should be fun! Come and see us and get some yummy food!

Tomorrow, Saturday, we will be in Clearlake. The menu is Bbq Beef Sando, big ass hot dogs, waffle Dogs, and nachos. Yum! The band is a Doobie brothers cover band. Big park, plenty of room for social distancing! Austin Park.

We are at Austin Park in Clearlake tonight. There is a concert at 6pm. Come by and see us. We have Bacon Smoked Pork Sandwiches, coleslaw, all beef hot dogs and nachos! Lots of cold drinks!

Blue Zones is coming to Lake County. Today I had the pleasure of catering 2 Blue Zones events. All vegetarian, some vegan, no dairy, no meat... stretching my skills for sure. Ended up awesome. Google Blue Zones to learn more about this project.
