A cow named MOO creates hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches. We sell them from our custom ice cream tr We bake all our cookies too!

We believe in using quality ingredients, local when we can find them, and crafting unique flavor combinations. Our ice cream sandwiches are made with our own homemade ice cream that is fresh, super creamy and delicious. We are constantly trying out new favors and welcome suggestions. Some of our favorites have been the goat cheese and cognac infused fig on shortbread cookies, also wonderful is the

sweet basil and honeyed pine nut ice cream. We are looking forward to participating in the growing craft food movement.

It’s with heavy hearts that we must share A Cow Named MOO is pressing pause on operations for the time being. The economic impact of the Coronavirus came swift and heavy, leaving us with few options. It has been an absolute blast serving you throughout the years and it is our sincere hope that we will return, better than ever. So, for now it’s not good-bye, but rather see you later. Fun fact 🌟 we wanted to avoid using food coloring in our Midnight Mint sammie so we decided to color the ice cream with Matcha powder! You can’t taste the matcha but we love the color is gives our ice cream. This flavor is only going to be available through the winter so be sure to try it before the spring time!

New year, new flavor! Where are all the chocolate chip mint ice cream lovers at?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ we make a homemade minty ice cream filled with chunks of chocolate paired with a sugary dark chocolate cookie. You can find these at Black & Brew (Lake Morton location) and Scout & Tag✨ Happy New Year!

Our Fall flavors won’t be around for that much longer, so don’t let this chilly weather keep ya from treating yourselves! 🍂 pictured here we have the Maple Bourbon. We make a special ice cream base that is sweetened with maple syrup and then add bourbon to it right before spinning it. It’s paired with pecan shortbread cookies and it is the best! ✨

Double Dutch Apple ✨ it’s vegan annnnd gluten-free! First we start with our oat milk ice cream base, then we swirl in our house-made apple butter & oat streusel, and then finish it with two snickerdoodle cookies! 🍁

Our Fall flavors are officially here!!🍂 We knew it wouldn’t be fall without bringing back our two favorites... Pumpkindoodle and Maple Bourbon! We also have a new Vegan/Gluten-Free sammie this season. Double Dutch Apple! 🍎 oat milk ice cream with swirls of house-made apple butter and a crispy oat streusel with tasty snickerdoodle cookies. The Blackberry Cornmeal has us over here like...🤤🤤🤤 we roast fresh blackberries with lemon juice and put them in our ice cream. Then we pair it with a lemony Mexican cornmeal cookie. Perfect for this Florida heat ✨ try one before we switch to fall flavors! Also big shoutout to for always taking such beautiful pics of our ice cream sammies! ❤️
