Last night was AMAZINGGGG.

Taking a seat at a table with friends and strangers can be an anxious moment for me. You probably wouldn’t guess that because I can be extroverted at times, but new experiences and new people still make me nervous.

We were asked, “How does food show up in our lives?”

As much as I’d love to say food has always shown up positively in mine, the truth is that sometimes it has been a way to suppress what I was feeling.

At this table, I answered that question with my full truth, and I was met with nothing but love and compassion.

I would sit at this table over and over again.
