You know Im canning this up today!!! I made last night and made enough to can up too, here is the recipe it is so warm and comforting on these cold days.
2 pounds of lamb 1 onion, 2 it's chicken stock 1 pint stewed tomatoes 11/2 cups lentils, 1tsp salt, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and 1/2 tsp clove. 1 cup dried apricots 90 min in pressure canner . Let it cook all day serve over your favorite grains or over an avocado like we did ..
