What if the dream you started with… could take you further than you ever imagined? 🇨🇺❤️

From Cuba to Lakeland, I’ve carried the flavors, memories, and passion of home with me.

Today, we’re turning that passion into something different:
🥢 Cuban flavors + Japanese technique
🍣 Cuban-style Sushi
❤️ Made with a whole lot of corazón.

Maybe one day, this won’t just be a dream on a screen.
Until then… we keep dreaming. We keep rolling. 🇨🇺🌎

Cuban flavor. Sushi technique. Mama’s magic. 🇨🇺🥢

The Mama’s Roll starts with a flour tortilla, gets wrapped and deep-fried until golden and crispy.

Inside:
🍣 Salmon + smoked salmon
🍌 Fried sweet plantain
🧀 Feta + Philadelphia
🌿 Cilantro, culantro, parsley & chives

Then we bring it all together with our homemade Tampico, chipotle & teriyaki sauces.

And the finish?
🔥 Crispy chicharrón
🌿 Sparkling chives
✨ Sesame seeds
🟠 Tobiko

This is our take on Cuban-style sushi — where Cuban flavors meet sushi-inspired technique.

Mama’s Roll. You have to taste it to understand it. 🇨🇺❤️

I left Cuba…

but Cuba never left me. 🇨🇺

The flavors I grew up with became my inspiration.

Japanese technique became my canvas.

And Cuban-style sushi became my way of bringing a piece of home to the table. 🥢❤️

Cuba inspired the flavor.
Japan inspired the technique.
I turned both into art.
