She misses her pepe so much, she asks to go back to the restaurant and I think it's because she wants to feel close to him. They had planned a cooking date, they where going to be chef's together for a day. Making pizza and cookies. They where robbed of so much time together. She says he talks to her and that she can feel him in her heart.
Heaven was ready but she was not!

The restaurant and you guys have been on my heart lately and I thought I would share. For so many years you all where family and the patio was home. It was where we worked, where we ate most of our meals as a family, our gathering place, our three kid's happy place, where we celebrated birthday's, weddings, sports wins and hosted dance parties. It was where we meet you and our family grew. It is how we gave back to our community. I miss you guys and am so thankful for the love that you always poured out towards us. Thank you for being the best part of us, thank you for being family. What I wouldn't give to serve you all his food one last time...

Our first father's day without you. Today I spent the day eating BBQ by the pool with your five grandkids and your two amazing son's. Thank you for being an example and giving Lateefa Schaefer and I the most amazing husbands and fathers to our children. Our families are blessed because of you and I promise that your real legacy your boys and your grandchildren are making you proud and living up to everything you wanted and prayed for them to be. Please help our Granddaughter change the world...

Samantha is so thankful for all the love and support she has received during her first cookie season. Her last goal to be reached is still sending cookies to what she calls her Hero's, our troops over seas. She needs 19 more boxes to be sent in order to reach the goal she set for herself. If 19 people out of the 1000's that are on Facebook could send just one box ($5 is all that it cost to change the world) you not only could bring a smile to her face but you could also bring a smile to one of our Hero's faces. If you cant buy a box we understand but please share this post and lets see how many people we can reach. Wouldn't be great to send a box to every sailor out to sea.
