Garlic-Parmesan crusted Salmon !!! Those are some of my favorite individual words from the culinary dictionary. So my daughter and I said “Yes Please!“ to this new special from Chef Taylor when our beautiful waitress, Illiana, was sharing.

Wow! I have loved the Bay Street Bistro fresh wild Alaskan Salmon by itself before… and now am floored by the perfect accent of this flavor bursting topping!

Upon further visits, It will be challenging deciding between this or the classic Mediterranean topping (my typical favorite).

Both this special and the also-flavor-bursting Seabass Puttanesca are being offered this weekend.

Help us Welcome Chef Taylor to our Bay Street Bistro. She is coming in hot from a fine dining seafood restaurant, and is the creator of our most recent special, the Sea Bass Puttanesca.
She’s been at churning out decadence from the range for over a month now, and continues to please our patrons.

Happy Birthdays to this lovely Mother and Daughter who joined us to celebrate Tuesday night. They were quite a delight.

Their front window table provided unexpected views of downtown Lakeland life. And in this capture of them, they are enjoying their complementary cakes they chose from the dessert bar.

We love the joy we see when folks are celebrating here, and do our best to make it an exceptional experience.
