Ran into a vendor from Puerto Rico. They had a wide variety of different ceviche dips. It was amazing and so happy he enjoyed Mad Picks as well. We don’t quite remember the name of his food but if anyone knows, please tag him in the comments! I need to find his food! 🇵🇷 🌶️🥒🔥
