Yesterday was the Martin County Pork Cook Off! 🐷🔥 We were grateful to be part of it and loved serving our Porky Poutine — crispy shoestring fries, Wisconsin cheese curds and smoked pulled pork, all finished with our Guinness pork gravy. 🤤

We took home 3rd place! 🥉Thank you to everyone who came out, tried all the delicious pork plates, and voted for us — we truly appreciate the support! ❤️

And a HUGE congratulations to Dudley’s Garage and Eric Rossow on taking 1st place with their bacon ribs! 🏆 We got a taste of those bacon ribs and knew right away they were going to be tough to beat!

What a fun night celebrating some seriously delicious pork! 🐷
