I’m a professional chef. My family eats incredible. My clients eat incredible. But somehow I never have time to actually eat. So here’s my hack — calorie and macro dense in under two minutes. Send this to your favorite mom running on empty. Even the baddies need to fuel. ♥️

High-Protein Egg White Roll 🍓

4 eggs (separate)
Whip whites + pinch cream of tartar + squeeze lemon → stiff peaks

Yolks:
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• vanilla
• lemon + orange zest
• pinch salt

Fold gently into whites

Spread on parchment-lined sheet pan
Bake 375°F for 7–8 min (set but bouncy)

Filling:
Protein yogurt + 1 cup Greek yogurt + vanilla

Spread, add strawberries, roll it up
