an incredible combination of flavors you absolutely have to try!

We start with a creamy mascarpone base, buffalo mozzarella, red onions and roasted potatoes, topped with wild smoked salmon.

And to finish it off, we add a touch of freshness with fresh baby spinach, lime and a few cracked peppercorns, creating the perfect contrast with the richness of the salmon. 🍋‍🟩✨
