I have a Traditional bbq sauce and a Carolina mustard bbq sauce (Names TBD later). They are both available in 16oz jars for $6 each. Pick up available or shipping at an extra cost. Hey everyone, I'm crossing T's and dotting I's right now with all the pricing for the beef jerky. I'm planning on using fresh local sourced beef and want to look at the possible options and cost points to make sure I can produce great quality jerky at a reasonable price. Also, I'm going to have 2 flavors(for now) available : Traditional and Sweet Heat. Other variations and possible different protein options will be explored once I see how you all like what I offer. Merry Christmas everyone!!! Got some Christmas ducks in the works tonight. They are sitting in their brine getting all sexy for later today when they hit the smoker. Also, have some exciting things planned for the new year, so stay tuned.
