Nola Brisket Dip Po Boy is a fusion of Texas BBQ, Louisiana Bayou & French Culinary. The Smokiness & richness of the brisket and cheese is cut by the creole remoulade with a hint of mustard, and the sweetness brought out by the caramelized onions are complimented with the slight acidic heat of the pickled jalapeno peppers. It all comes together with freshness of shredded lettuce and tomato and bbq au jus to dip your crusty roll in.
