Hi Everyone.

It has been a while I know and we apologize. As some of you know a lot has been happening on our end.
Last year we were presented with the opportunity to buy the legendary Golden Corral and we did.
I had just received my building permit around the time we closed on the GC Grill House.
My goal was to wait and see how GC did during season and after season. A lot of time was put into “do we build or not”?

After much consideration we have decided not to rebuild Smoke Shack.
Between having staffing issues in the kitchen and season slowing down as much as it has financially it does not make sense to go into that much debt to build back.

BUT!!!!!

That doesn’t mean I can’t bring a smoker into GC Grill House!!! 🐷

Yes we are going to do just that!
It is in the works for a smoker to be installed!!

I will announce it on the Golden Corral page and here with dates and time. It will happen this summer!!

I will be doing lunch and dinner specials. We are not trying to take away from us being a Steak House so we will be limited at first.

Will we do BBQ Caterings????? YESSSSS

SO like and follow the Golden Corral Lake Placid page for further details!! 🥰💥
