It’s with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that the Great Adirondack Steak & Seafood and Brewing Company will be closing its doors. For the past 35 years, we’ve been lucky enough to welcome so many of you through our doors, and in that time, you’ve truly become family to us. It’s been such a joy and a privilege to serve this amazing community, and we can’t thank you enough for all the memories and good times we’ve shared together.
We know that this journey would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our cherished employees, who brought their passion and commitment to work every day, making this place what it is. Your hard work, friendship, and dedication have meant the world to us, and we are endlessly grateful for each and every one of you. To our loyal customers, thank you for your unwavering support, your countless visits, and for choosing to spend your time with us over the years. You have been the heart of this place, bringing life and laughter through our doors day after day. Your loyalty and love have been the greatest gifts we could ask for.
Ed and Joan, who have been the heart and soul of this place, showed us what it meant to create more than just a restaurant—they created a home for so many people. Their spirit and passion made this place special, and we’re so grateful for the legacy they’ve built. Rob, Nancy, Robbie, and Eddie have worked side by side with them, putting their hearts into every aspect of this place. Together, they created a warm and welcoming space where everyone felt like family. The Kane family has always strived to make everyone feel welcome, and we’re incredibly thankful to all of you who made this journey with us.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say thank you to every single person who has been part of this journey with us. Thank you for the laughter, the support, and the love you’ve shared with us. We will never forget it, and we love you all so much.
