Costa Rican cuisine is not based on spicy foods but rather on flavor. The family enjoys a good meal and will not sell anything we wouldn't eat ourselves. We are working on building our rotisserie oven and hopefully soon we will be able to build it and finalize our menu, since our current kitchen has it's limitations, we still need to add the typical "gallo pinto" or "arroz con pollo" which are very popular Costa Rican dishes.

Happy 4th of July Errrrbody!

Casa del Pollo will be closed July 4th as we take a few days to enjoy the holiday and sneak in a little summer vacation.

We’ll miss you, but don’t worry — the chicken will be back. 😄

Thank you for always showing us so much love and support.

We hope you have a beautiful, safe, and relaxing holiday weekend.

Casa del Pollo open today? Yes 😃 

We’re open today, July 3rd, from 10 AM–8 PM with all your Costa Rican favorites before the July 4th celebrations begin.

Ceviche and Olla ‘e Carne are on deck as usual for Friday and our beloved Roast Chicken, Smoked Chicken, Plantains and Yuca… you know, the important preholiday weekend essentials. 😄
