I started 2025 with just a thought of owning a hot dog cart, which let me to dive headfirst into something I knew absolutly nothing about. It has been an exciting and challenging journey, filled with learning experiences and a lot of trial and error. The adventure of stepping out of my comfort zone and into the world of hot dogs has been incredibly rewarding.

I would like to thank YOU for the incredible support during this season! To the people driving by honking and waving, to my regulars I would see every weekend, to the customers that were driving through town and ended up stopping for a hot dog. I couldn’t have done it without you!

To my husband, this journey would not have been possible without the initial nudge you gave me to turn this thought into a reality. To the countless restocking runs to patiently listening to all of my stories, you have been there every step of the way.

Enjoy the winter months, and I hope to see you back in 2026 when we unthaw!
