A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR:
"Hello everyone,
As I approach my three-month milestone here at Rumbling Bald, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you for the incredibly warm welcome you've extended.
We're delighted to have officially opened The Gardens earlier this week for the season! Last week’s soft opening allowed us to test the new menu, gather valuable insights, and identify exactly what our members and guests need. We’re confident this menu offers a fresh, appealing alternative to Legends on the Lake while reinforcing the food-and-beverage culture we’re building across the property—including weekly rotating features to keep things exciting and seasonal.
One key enhancement we’ve made is assigning dedicated leadership to this space. Jenn Turner will now oversee The Gardens, The Bear’s Cup, and Eagle’s Nest. Jenn is an exceptionally talented manager with years of proven success, and her focused presence will enable us to deliver the elevated service and memorable experiences you deserve.
Finally, we’re committed to running our operations more like true restaurants—moving away from the 'wild west' feel of the past toward consistency, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. To that end, we’re actively streamlining our reservation system to make booking easier for members while giving our team better tools to manage flow, avoid overbookings, and create smoother service.
