💛 It’s been a beautiful year at Grey Hawk Bar & Gardens – thank you to the thousands who have joined us for delicious food and cocktails, live music, and magical memories in our little oasis.
The process of operating has also not been without its challenges – such as staffing, infrastructural limitations, and the everyday strains of running a small business in today’s world. We love providing a unique and meaningful experience for guests, and after extensive reflection and consideration of many options, we have arrived with confidence at a plan for 2027 that will preserve the quintessential Grey Hawk magic while ensuring balance for our family.
Starting in Spring of 2027, Grey Hawk will no longer be open for regular restaurant and bar service. Instead, we’re developing a plan for a weekly community dining experience – as well as other programming focused on the arts, food, gardens, and lifestyle. We will also continue to host (and expand!) our exciting festival series. We will still offer curated private events.
We know change can be hard – especially with this place being so dear to all of us. And so we wanted to ensure y'all had enough time to help turn the page on this chapter of Grey Hawk before the next one.
We’ll continue our regular service through November 15 (reservations available at www.greyhawklakelure.com/reserve), then we will be closed until March. In these final few weeks, please come and soak up all the Grey Hawk goodness – have a drink, wander the gardens, plan the family dinner, enjoy the music, and help fuel the momentum of what’s coming next. Please also join us for a fun line-up of fall festivals – and return for one final celebration of 2026 on December 12 – Winterfest. As always, festivals are open to the public, no reservation needed. If you RSVP, we’ll keep you informed about logistics for the day.
Every visit helps us build the next evolution of Grey Hawk. We look forward to providing more details soon, and we’re grateful for the ways that our guests have always shown up with curiosity, kindness, and support for this vision. Thank you 💛
