Everyone, it’s a very special day, it’s Katie’s Birthday!!! Thanks the stars she walked into The Highlands Kitchen + Bar in 2022 to apply for our bartending position. Sparks flew right there and we knew this was fate for finding a bestie up in these mountains.

Not only is she my right hand girl at work and helps me so much with behind the scenes, bartending, managing the bar, etc. she’s another Auntie to my children, she’s the person who calms my stress when I’m filled with anxieties from life, she is the person that I lean on for fun, shopping days, family times, partying times, low times and up times. My life here wouldn’t be the same if we had not connected many years ago.

So here’s to 35, bestie! 🥂 can’t wait to celebrate every crazy and fun year with you!
