Oddly enough the closing of Applesway was one of the most rewarding parts of the experience, and I’m so thankful for that. I feared and dreaded how long it might take me to get everything out of the building and how I’d find new homes for it all.
3 days, y’all. It took me just 3 days and I didn’t have to post a thing. People came to me, to Applesway. I started Monday morning and I locked the doors for the final time at 3 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.

Applesway is now scattered in some of the coolest places across our county, with 90% of the inventory being donated.
Over half of the inventory was donated to a local nonprofit organization- Harvest for the Hungry.
Other places you can catch glimpses the 44+ year cafe is:
Stardust Art & Coffee House
Birdsong Real Estate
Torrent Valley’s Market Place
The Kindergarten classroom of Rikki Adams Lookingbill
Asiel’s
Beef O’Brady’s
Ambition Event Planning
and so much more!
I loved being able to connect with and help other local small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Applesway lives on.
And as always… Lunch • Love • Apples
