The Windlass features contemporary Italian and Continental Cuisine featuring fresh ingredients in expertly composed dishes. Our state of the art kitchen includes a wood burning pizza oven and raw bar. Our approachable wine selection compliments our menu. Don't forget the cocktail menu which reflects current trends in spirits as well as classic drinks and interesting range of beers. All of this lakeside on beautiful Lake Hopatcong. Our dining room offers pavilion like setting which harkens back to the history of the site as well as outdoor dining when weather permits. Private parties and off-site catering.
