Don’t judge this plate… it’s leftovers! 😄 Last night’s private chef dinner was so good, we couldn’t wait to enjoy it again today.

The evening began with a crisp Caesar salad tossed in Chef Steve’s homemade Caesar dressing, served alongside fresh homemade bruschetta and warm garlic bread. The main course featured his signature Tuscan Chicken over cheese tortellini, made with tender chicken in a rich, creamy Tuscan sauce with spinach, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan. We ended the evening with a slice of classic cheesecake topped with our homemade strawberry glaze.

This picture may not do it justice, but the flavors certainly do. When everything is homemade from scratch with fresh ingredients, even the leftovers are something to look forward to.
