Prepping for my homemade gazpacho. I juiced tomatoes rather than buying tomato juice. I add that to chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, toasted cumin seeds, salt and pepper. This soup is so refreshing on a hot day. Stay tuned for an upcoming FLOCK offering that will include this soup option.

Tonight’s dinner- celery, carrots, scallions, bell peppers, jalapeño, and tomato. Dressing made with sesame oil, soy sauce, mayo, ginger juice. Fish sauce, lime zest and juice. Protein is tuna in EVOO. Carb is rotini pasta.

So I saw the most interesting tip this morning while watching the Kitchen. They used an air fryer to make hard-boiled eggs. So I set my air fryer to 270, preheated it, and put two eggs in it. I let them cook for 15 minutes. I then placed them in ice water. They were the perfect hard-boiled egg.

And, here, I bought a pressure cooker specifically for my deviled eggs!!😩
