Hey all,
It’s me again. For those who don’t know me, my name is Ace and my family runs Aroma Pizza & Pasta in our Foothill Ranch community. We were again victims of a break in last night, where two people shattered our glass door from the front, took our computers, trashed the place, and broke a few of our equipment pieces in the process.
I got a call from the Sheriff but it was after the fact of course, and too little too late. We thought we took most of the precautions that we learned from the last time, but still there is little that is possible once this happens.
I know we shouldn’t take it personal, but you just wonder, why is it me again, while drowning in some self pity. Even though it happened last year, it still hurts. Financially but more so emotionally. So much goes into the restaurant daily especially right now with pricing and staffing struggles, and this was such a blow. As I said last time, we are thankful to be part of this community, and are thankful for our health and all that we have. I know a few other places are also in the same situation, and wishing the best for them too. Any place affected, I would like to help in any way we can, which is by giving you a meal on us, and just talking through what happened. It would help us just as much as you, and we can learn from each other, and comfort. I'm sorry if others have been victim to this recently.
The guys who broke into our place may be in custody, so we will find out soon if they were indeed the perpetrators.
