Our intention was for every child in your group to receive a $1 kids scoop—not just one $1 scoop per transaction. Unfortunately, our offer was communicated incorrectly at the register for part of the day, and some families were charged full price for their additional kids scoops.

We are so sorry for the confusion. If this happened to your family, please send us a DM with your receipt, order information, or the approximate time you visited, and we will gladly refund the difference.

We truly appreciate everyone who celebrated National Ice Cream Day with us, and we want to make sure the special is honored exactly as it was intended. 🧡
