I have had a love of baking (& eating sweets!) from a very early age. This love led me to earn my Baking and Pastry Certificate from Art Institute of Minneapolis in 2011, and for the past 5+ years I have enjoyed baking for family and friends' events - graduation parties, bridal showers, baby showers, & birthday parties! My favorite part of baking is being able to make something that is exactly wha

t the customer wasn’t expecting! I love finding out the guest of honor's favorite sweet treat or favorite flavors and then being able to come up with something fun and creative to satisfy their sweet tooth! Whether it’s a favorite drink turned into a cake (Margarita Cake), a favorite dessert re-purposed (Tiramisu Cupcakes), your favorite farmers market find turned into a cookie (Beet cookies anyone??), or simply an indulgent treat (Salted Caramel Brownies), Morsels aims to please your palate! (with Citrus a close 2nd!)
