So in a wicked turn of events the truck has arrived!! However the delivery was wrong and they sent us boneless chicken halves! I know can’t catch a break!! But that means that tonight we will have those chicken halves BBQ’d and ready… so we improvise and make lemonade out of the wrong chicken or however the saying goes!

💥Monday-Loaded Mac and Cheese, homemade mac and cheese topped with brisket, pulled pork or chopped chicken tenders!

💥Tuesday- Loaded Baked Potatoes, load it up with brisket, pulled pork or chicken!

💥Wednesday- Fried pickles!

💥Thursday- 2 PIECE BONE IN CHICKEN! Like the good old days! Possibility of a sell out is always there! So plan ahead!

💥Friday- Shrimp Boil!

Specials are back!!! BBQ MAC N CHEESE BOWL, our homemade Mac n cheese topped it’s our low and slow bbq meat of choice!! Comes with a side of baked beans or potato salad. And around 12:00 BBQ CHICKEN THIGHS ARE COMING OFF THE SMOKER! 3 thighs, baked beans or potato salad and coleslaw!! Come and ge it while supplies last!!

We asked and you answered! The launch of our specials start Monday June 1st!

For the month of June we will have our Texas Toaster burger special! Some of yall may remember this beast of a sandwich from some years ago, but here’s a refresher!

Our signature half pound burger topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings, lettuce, tomato and house made rib glaze. Served on Texas toast with hand cut french fries for $19.95!

💥2 DAYS UNTIL OPENING💥

We are excited to open our doors for the 30th year in 2 more days!

We are going to start the summer off right with RIB NIGHT! However, we have a change that we think you will like!

We will be offering 2 size options for you, full rack and half rack. Gone are the days of wondering if you can finish them or if it is enough goodness on one plate.

What isn’t changing is the quality. Smoked in house for 6 hours, finished on the grill with our homemade rib glaze.

Like usual, we will start serving ribs at 5pm and they will sell out fast so get here early as quantities are limited.
