The people who greet you at the door. Bring your food. Remember your extra ranch. And get caught taking pictures like this in between it all. 😂

We post plenty of food. Today, these faces deserve the attention.

Because when you tell us, “We had the best time,” somebody helped make that happen. Somebody made you laugh, checked on your table, or took an extra minute when you needed it.

That stuff stays with people. And so do the people who do it.

THIS CAKE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THIS POST. 🍰

But it’s football Saturday in South Carolina, so here we are.

Gamecocks. Tigers. Both games on our TVs today. Wear your colors and bring that friend who thinks yelling “RUN THE BALL” counts as coaching. We’ve got a seat for them, too.

And making its Holt Grill & Co. debut: RED VELVET CAKE. Look at that picture. You can tell yourself you’re only coming for the game. We’ll bring a fork when you’re ready to be honest.

Make a day of it. Eat a good meal. Order another round. Talk a little trash. These are the Saturdays you miss when football season’s over.

Some sandwiches deserve a review. This one deserves a moment of silence after the first bite. 🔥

Our Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich comes smothered in hot honey, piled with creamy, house-made pimento cheese, fried jalapeños, tomato, and lettuce.

Sweet heat. That rich pimento cheese. That jalapeño crunch. You’ll set it down just long enough to tell somebody, “You need to try this.”

And yes, those are our house-made onion rings showing off beside it. Fries come standard, but the rings clearly wanted their picture taken.

Come hungry. Grab extra napkins. Let the group chat know where lunch is.
