If you’ve spent time dining with us, there’s a good chance Corey has taken care of you. He has been part of the Augustine family since the day we opened and is someone many of our guests have come to know and love. Over time he’s become one of those familiar faces that makes an evening here feel easy and comfortable.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys being at home where he can study, relax, or plan his next trip. Growing up in an Air Force family meant moving often and seeing a lot of the world, which helped shape his love for travel and may even have something to do with the wide range of music he enjoys. It’s a good thing he appreciates jazz, since it’s the soundtrack to many evenings here at Augustine.

His current go-to on the menu is the Cold Lobster Roll with truffle fries.

His most recent trip took him to Montana, and London is high on the list for where he hopes to go next. Next time you see him, ask about his travels. There’s a good chance he’ll have a story or two to share.
